Company History.
2012.
In 2012 the company was called Y.CO Group PLC and it was listed on AIM until July 2012 when it delisted. In January 2014, the company changed its name to Y.CO Group Limited and became a private company.
2015.
In 2015 Fifty Four Four Limited acquired control and made a compulsory offer for all the shares in the company. Following that offer and subsequent transactions Fifty Four Four Limited owns 86% of the shares in the company.
2019.
In 2019 Y.CO Group Limited disposed of its yachting assets to Fifty Four Four Limited at fair market value and served notice to terminate its lease commitments in 2020.
2020.
In 2020 the lease commitments were concluded, and the company became a non-trading entity in the Fifty Four Four Limited group of companies.
On 21st December 2020, the company changed its name from Y.CO Group Limited to XBN Limited.
